At HH Design, we do not offer returns for any of the products that are available on this site. This means that if you have changed your mind about your purchase or you no longer wish to keep it - you cannot ask to return the item and receive a refund.

 

All sales are final.

What if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?:

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or goes missing, we will make sure that the situation is handled as quickly as possible. We offer full refunds for all products that either go missing during shipping or arrive significantly damaged, but you may be asked for evidence if the item has experienced damage.

Prints:

 

For print orders that either go missing, arrive damaged, defective or experience significant delays, your are eligible for a replacement free of charge. In order to get a replacement, you will need to contact us via the contact form with a photo as evidence so that we can get it sent to you. You may be asked to return the damaged or defective item so that it can be disposed.

 

Alternatively, you can choose to get a full refund for the damaged item instead of receiving a replacement.
